10x研究介紹

單細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄組分析(scRNA-seq)是一項相當(dāng)年輕的技術(shù),也是目前最熱點的研究方向之一。10x Genomics單細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序是基于油包水液滴進行單細(xì)胞分離,并針對單個細(xì)胞內(nèi)的mRNA 進行擴增和高通量測序的一項新技術(shù)。單細(xì)胞表達譜的繪制能夠完美地揭示細(xì)胞間基因表達的異質(zhì)性,從復(fù)雜生物樣本中發(fā)現(xiàn)稀有細(xì)胞類型。10x Genomics單細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序適用于絕大部分細(xì)胞類型,并且被廣泛應(yīng)用于腫瘤免疫、腫瘤靶向治療、腫瘤微環(huán)境、非腫瘤相關(guān)復(fù)雜疾病、發(fā)育與細(xì)胞分化及植物研究等方向。2019年以來,10x Genomics單細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序已經(jīng)發(fā)表近百篇文章,10分以上有60%之多。前沿領(lǐng)域,需要的是馬上行動起來!看看下面的研究思路是不是能為你帶來新的提示呢?
